I halt a construction process at conceptual maturity just prior to tangible realization (architectural drawings of a home, never built). I complete the preparations for movement, then stop (inflatable raft with oars & pump, never afloat). I educate myself to become technically proficient, but refrain from practically using the knowledge for it's original intention (bonsai guidebook & trimming shears, never applied).
If a 51-78% completion rate becomes the norm through accumulated frequency, then where are the qualifications for sufficiency?
